Website Policies & Privacy

These Website Policies explain how The Enclave and ZNP Development use this website, respond to inquiries, and present information about the community. By using this website, you agree to use it lawfully and understand that the information shown here may change as development and construction progress.

Homesite information

Availability, pricing, lot dimensions, home sizes, renderings, plans, specifications, construction schedules, and other details are provided for general information and may be updated without notice. Renderings and plans are illustrative and may include options, landscaping, furnishings, or features that are not included. Nothing on this website is an offer, reservation, warranty, or construction agreement. A fully executed written agreement controls any purchase or construction relationship.

Inquiries and personal information

When you submit a homesite inquiry, we collect the lot selected along with your name, telephone number, and email address. We use this information to respond to your request, discuss available homesites or building services, maintain business records, protect the website from misuse, and improve our service. We do not sell personal information. We may share it with service providers that support hosting, security, communications, or business operations, or when disclosure is required by law.

Portal accounts

Portal access is invitation-only. Users are responsible for protecting their login credentials and for activity under their accounts. Portal documents, selections, pricing, messages, and project information are intended only for the authorized user and the homesite to which that user is assigned. Contact ZNP Development promptly if you believe an account has been accessed without permission.

Cookies, sessions, and security

The website may use essential cookies and server-side sessions to support login, security, saved account state, and rate limiting. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Renderings, plans, and intellectual property

Website text, branding, site-plan graphics, renderings, plans, photographs, and downloadable materials are owned by or licensed to The Enclave or ZNP Development. They may be viewed for personal evaluation of a homesite or project but may not be copied, republished, modified, distributed, or used for construction without written permission. Documents marked preliminary or conceptual are not construction documents.

Acceptable use

You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with website operation, upload malicious content, probe security controls, impersonate another person, or use automated tools to collect information in a way that burdens the website or violates applicable law.

Third-party links

Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. Those websites operate under their own terms and privacy practices, and The Enclave and ZNP Development are not responsible for their content, availability, or security.

Disclaimers and changes

This website is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, The Enclave and ZNP Development disclaim warranties arising solely from website use and are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss caused by reliance on preliminary website information. We may revise these policies as the website, community, or applicable requirements change. The current version and its update date will remain available here.
